Our first concern is your satisfaction. If any items fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item in a new unused condition along with the return form located on the reverse side of your invoice within 60-days for refund. 

Returns Policy:

Satisfaction Guaranteed! Important: Items must be unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. Defective and/or damaged products must be reported within 30 days of purchase date. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, our products are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. Applicable to products only. Returns must be with their original receipt and packaging, and made within 60 days. nathanhaasken does not charge any restocking fee’s, all we ask is that you be responsible for your own shipping costs. Standard S&H will apply on exchanges. (CA Residents) Sales Tax will apply.

Returns & Exchanges Procedure: 

nathanhaasken has made returns and exchanges simple. No RMA needed, please fill out the form located on the backside of your original invoice, and follow the returns instructions. Please include the form inside along with your returned items, and we'll take care of the rest.  Our system will email you a confirmation once the return or exchange has been processed for you records.
